Damaged product, outdated warranty:

– products with warranty undergo warranty starting from date of purchase, till due date, we are sorry for not accepting any outdated warranties for repair.

– invoices are provided with every purchase, including invoice number, customer name and date of purchase, make sure to keep the invoice throughout warranty period in case your product is under warranty.

Delivery policies:

-We delivery all over Lebanon, in case of delivering to any restricted area please make sure to tell us either via notes section in the checkout section or call us at: 76415996

-In case of any bad conditions occurred in some areas: delivery might be postponed or canceled.

Delivery timeframes:

-Our delivery takes from 1 to 5 business days, kindly be patient, we will deliver your order at time
-Some orders are able to be delivered same day for an extra charge, according to area and item.

Delivery charge:
-Delivery charge is set according to item size and area, same day delivery costs extra charge.

-Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Damaged or missing order:
-If you received your order missing or damaged, kindly contact us at: 76415996

Return, exchange and refund policies:

Unwanted/general refund:
-If you have changed your mind about a purchased item through our shop, we offer a refund within 3 days of purchase.
-Unwanted items must be in the condition they were when they arrived, including any factory seal, plastic wrapping and everything included in the box.

-You are welcome to inspect the items you have ordered in our shop.
-If item is opened, used or seal is broken, we are sorry for not returning it.

-You can send us your refunded item by delivery (charged)

Faulty/defective:
-On items claimed to have factory defaults, customers shall report within 3 days of date purchased
-The issue must be given to us on our number 76415996
-We will return or exchange the item if it is under warranty or we will repair it if its not (charged)

-Note that item must be in same condition as new.

Wrong order:
-If the item arrived is not what you ordered, we accept return/exchange within 3 days of date purchased.

Item no longer wanted:
-In case of a physical item, we return/exchange after knowing the reasons, any digital codes cannot be refunded.

Payment Terms:

-Payment must be in cash USD or LBP, or via Whish money, OMT, Mastercard, Visa

-Some items include 11% VAT added to the price
-In case of any official invoice requested, 11% VAT will be added to the price shown on the item.
-Any bank note paid must be in a good condition.

Installation policies:

-Installation service happens upon request. Extra charge will be added

Installment services:

-Unfortunately, our shop doesn’t offer installment services.

Pricing policies:
-Prices shown on products is fixed, and unable to negotiate
-In case of any offer made, prices will be updated regularly and discounts will be added (price before & price after)

Warranty terms:

-Items that are under warranty are able to be fixed, swapped or exchanged depending on company policies.

-Warranty covers any hardware, software factory defaults.

-Warranty doesn’t cover any electric caused damage(short circuit, electric shock, high or low voltage) and caused damages (breaks)

Gaming section policy:

-Items like gaming consoles and videogames have age range in specifications section under each item, parents must look up on any item on the gaming section especially video games to pick the right age range game for their kids.

-Orders from customers under 18 years old requires parental approval on their order. In case no approval received, we are sorry for canceling the order.

-Every videogame has its game category(genre) written in the description, in case of any bad words, nudity, violation in the game parents are responsible about purchasing this game for under 18.

-Parents must be responsible about their kids time management as they should consider that gaming causes spoilness, laziness, introversion, lack of socialization, lack of creativity and intelligence.

-Gaming for over 3 hours a day becomes harmful for physical and mental health.
