2 do you offer monthly installments?
Ans: unfortunately, our shop doesn’t offer monthly installments, till further notice.
Exchange and return:
1 can I return or exchange a product if it has any factory defaults? Or if I changed my mind?
Ans: product exchange in case of factory defaults occurred is available, note that most products are under warranty, in case a customer changed his mind about a product and ordered a return, in some cases return if approved, we have to make sure what are the reasons of the return.

Do you deliver/ship to any country other than Lebanon?
Ans: shipping/delivering outside Lebanon happens under certain conditions, payment must be in advance via OMT, Whish money, Mastercard, Visa, commission is added according to the amount paid.
Customer must provide us with the shipping/delivery company that will ship his order to his residence country or contact info of the order reciever.
In case of extra charge added by the shipping/delivery company, customer must charge the amount.
Items are fragile, checked and might be tested (upon request) before delivering.
We are not responsible of any damages occurred by the shipping/delivery company. No refund/exchange in this situation.
